Shelby Plaza is a new 26,000 square foot, two-story retail/office building in southeastern Massachusetts. Coastal Construction was selected for this ground-up project due in part for our reputation for quality work, competitive pricing, attention to detail and on-site problem solving.

This project included site improvements, on-site water and waste treatment, excavation, footings and foundation, wood framing, pre-engineered roof trusses, hardi-plank siding and Asek trim and an Architectural shingle roof. The project also included the interior fit-up of a liquor store business operated by the building’s owner.
