Marlborough Savings is a community bank committed to creating a positive banking experience for each and every customer they serve. Operating under a mutual savings carter, they answer to depositors, not shareholders. So when it was time to build a new headquarters, they wanted a partner who was equally focused on customer service.

Coastal took on the ground up construction of a new 15,000 square foot, three-story building with a branch bank on the first floor and office space on the second and third floors. This complex project involved the demolition of an existing structure, many site improvements, a foundation and slab on grade, structural steel with light gauge metal framing exterior walls and brick veneer, EIFS siding and a fiberglass dome, storefront and windows, EPDM roof system and VAV HVAC system and an elevator.
